School Information

General Information

The Oriental Moo-Do School of Colorado provides training in Olympic-Style Taekwondo, as well as the Korean arts of Hapkido, Yudo , and Haidong Gumdo (Korean Sword Art). We also provide real-world self-defense seminars for women.

Our schedule features individualized classes for students of all ages and ability levels. At OMS Colorado, we provide our students with the opportunity to train in a traditional environment while becoming well-equipped to defend themselves in a wide variety of situations. We also provide high-level technical instruction for those interested in experiencing the competitive side of martial arts.

Instructors for OMS Colorado hold high black belt rankings and are internationally certified through the Kukkiwon and the World Taekwondo Federation. Our school was founded in 1999 by Master W.T. Alexander. We operate under the guidance of renowned 9^th Degree Grandmaster Chan Yong Kim who, among other things, is a former International Olympic Committee chairman and an inductee of the Martial Arts Grandmasters Hall of Fame.
