Women’s Self Defense – OMS Colorado

OMS Colorado’s  Women’s Self Defense class is an all female, four hour seminar taught by Angie Van Heel. Angie has reached multiple black belt degrees and has achieved a lot of experience in martial arts. Her experience combined with her understanding of the challenges faced by women makes for one incredibly rewarding seminar. This seminar is 90% hands on.
